At sunset by the lower lake where we walked Cold wild darkness came over Geese lurked and lingered at the bridge Their green glowing eyes floated in the cat tails And in pools of simmering concentric waves White starch moon flickered on the water
I began drawing,writing poetry, and guitar at age 14, largely influenced by pop music, Hollywood movies and William Carlos Williams. I began painting in 2002, under the watchful eye of my teacher, Patricia Hanahan Sigmier.
